The day after moving in, the plumbing backed up to the point of sewage coming in thru the bath tubs. This was on a Saturday. We were told nothing could be done until Monday and to not use the toilets. They cleared the drains on Tuesday, and it backed up again by Thursday. This happened 2 more time before they finally repaired the plumbing outside the duplex. We broke the lease due to this and several other issues, and were hit with outrageous fees. It was sent to collections within 2 weeks of getting notified they were withholding the security deposit and adding almost $2000 in bogus fees.
