I called them out because my 3 year old Samsung was not freezing in the right hand compartment. The tech told me the compressor was going out, quoted me $1100-$1500 to fix it. I got a second opinion and it turned out the control that turns that compartment from a freezer into a refrigerator had accidentally been switched on. It's fine now. I don't recommend using this company.

One star is too high for this guy......charged me $503 to fix washer and ice maker and did not fix either one. Then he stopped answering my calls. Crook!!
