Fiji Market

This is definitely a hidden gem. Surrounded by the numerous shrimp trucks and tucked all the way in the back you are lucky to find a spot like this. At first it looks ghetto and I wasn't really sure if there was anything worth buying from there. But we go in and in the back there is a kitchen with a simple few dish items to choose. I get the shrimp, and let me tell you!!! That was the bomb, it was soooo good and the roti was huge and fresh. When I had people come visit me that is one of the places that I take them. The flavors are savory and authentic. YUMMY!!!! I want some now, too bad I moved to the mainland, when I return to the island I will be hitting that spot up for sure!
