We used them to carpet my entire house last summer. We chose high quality carpeting and very high quality padding. the padding had vapor barrier on both sides. First they couldn't install it for almost a month, then when the workers arrived to install it, they were very late, one had gotten hurt and gone for stiches, but nobody called to tell me and i was waiting for half the day. They started installing the padding and it was the basic padding, lowest cost (NOT WHAT WE ALREADY PAID FOR) when we asked them about it, they shrugged and said they didn't know anything about it and continued.. i went to the store with a sample of what they were installing and showed them in the store what we had paid for. they never once apologized, but next morning sent over the padding we had bought and installed it. if we hadn't of been home and paying attention they would of gotten away with it. who knows how many times this "mistake" had been made... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. my mom got the same carpeting and padding we paid for installed for alot less money, and they didn't try to install the cheap padding, of course she used a different company.
