We've bought alot from ashley on the years, good products, always happy with them it just sucks that you cannot just call the store, even though when you go in there there's always at least 3 people just sitting around, you get a automated run around and you are on hold for hours and when you leave a voicemail no one calls you back, and the worst, crappiest service, customer and delivery is the worst, I will probably never buy from them again!

Terrible store. Requested a refund after being pushed back on promise date 3 times. I requested refund on the 1st of May and it's now the 17th. Customer service is a joke. They will literally never answer your call.

I recently purchased a sofa chaise. It was only after I purchased this item that I was told that all sales are final. If you are a potential customer, be sure to ask about the return policy BEFORE you purchase because the sales associates will not tell you until after you pay.

Overall it was perfect. The service was speedy and knowledgeable! It was fun and delivery was right on time. The delivery crew was nice, clean and respectful and got it all done so fast. I would definitely recommend Ashley furniture to anyone looking for great service and even nicer furniture!

We had great customer service with our selection of furniture. The manager assisted with helping us pick out our new sectional and how to make it work for our living room.

The only complaint we have is the bed frame we picked out is not as sturdy as described. The color of the bedroom furniture is beautiful and we get lots of compliments.

My wife and I have been looking for close to a month for two reclining sofas, that would run electrically,,we did start out with your store first and then proceded to shop around to at least six more furniture stores,,when all was said and done,we went back to your store and bought the the second chair we sat in when we came in looking the first time,,i was glad i shopped around and felt i did what i was supposed to do as a consumer and then felt good with our purchase,,we did only get one this time and will most certainly come in your store if we do decide to add another chair to our home, we want to thank the staff at the Joplin store for their time and consideration in how the chair was to be financed, thank you for having a store location in this city.

We purchased a dining room table and six chairs. Brought it home and started to put it together on the last chair we realized that we had gotten two left legs instead of a right and left. Then while putting together the table one of the inserts was not installed making it almost impossible to screw the leg on. And last but not least when we pulled the table apart to flip the leaf into place the pegs weren't lined up correctly so the table won't latch together. I called the store and spoke to the manager and was told that customer service was closed. He took my name and phone number and said I would receive a call the following day. I waited until almost closing the following day and called back again speaking with the manager. I was then told I was on the list and would receive a call when they got to me. I called customer service and was told they would send correct table leg but I would have to return the table to the store or pay them to send someone out.
