Quality Cleaners

I have been going here for years and have never had an issue with any of my clothes. Christine always greets me with a smile and is super friendly and cares about the customer. She is always staying late and working hard to please her customers. I have recommended my family members to go here and they love it!!

I don't know what MC is talking about. Christine is such a friendly business owner and does such a great job on all my alterations. She sends out all the dry cleaning but so far I've never had a problem. I even asked her about this review and she says there is no ironing in the process at all. This lady must've bought a stained shirt and never realized it. Give Christine a shot - she works so hard and is so unbelievably nice!

Horrible service. ...i have been going here for years ..recently I took a brand new expensive shirt to get cleaned to get the wrinkles out because I don't enjoy ironing. I picked up my blouse , the next day wore it and noticed burn marks on the sleeve. I brought it shop to show her and explained to her the shirt was BRAND new and it was damaged in her companies possession. I wanted the shirt to be re cleaned and if the marks were still there then I needed to be reimbursed for my blouse. Unfortunately she did not take any responsibility for the damaged said it was my fault. And blamed me saying the shirt was like that. False ... she argued with me and refused to Even attempt to resolve the issue. Horrible customer service. If you have any items of clothing that are worth something do not take them there . Because if and when they damage it ....well you'll be out of luck !!!!
