The rate is a simple $2.00 a mile beginning with the first scheduled stop. * if we are transporting someone from 'point a' to 'point B' then the mileage begins when they GET in the vehicle. * if we are picking UP prepaid items the mileage is from the merchant to YOU. * if we are transporting food from a TRI cities restaurant (from a participating WEB PAY restaurant). Then the destination begins from merchant to YOU.
