Run as fast as you can to another agent! From beginning to end with Sandy, they only added to my troubles. They could not be reached for days after the storm, told me I should get my boots on and get to work...I am 68 and was exhausted from cleaning up at that point, and made me hold onto and photograph everything for an appraiser, who only told me that I did not qualify due to the storm!!! In addition, While at my lowest and still without electricity, they sent a letter informing me that I was no longer covered for mold remediation. Am now happily with another company who will cover my losses and have given me good advice as to the type of coverage I require.
