        Disorganized!!!!

        I have two insurance for my son and they failed to submit an authorization for the second insurance resulting in the insurance denying my claim which then made it where I had to pay out of pocket!!! The first week they said I would have to pay a copay for no more than two weeks and the third week they said I didn't have to pay anymore yet then requested I pay the following week!!! The therapists are great but the lack of organization will cost you!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!
