        Overall

        My buddy who is a disabled Veteran, the transmission went out on his truck. So he sold to the owner of Roberts Auto Recycling under the condition he brings Mike his brand new tires back.
        This was included in the bill of sale.

        It's been over a month and we have left numerous messages and when we do get a hold of him. He tells us mid to the end of the week.
        It's been well over a month now.
        Mike has called him every day and this guy avoids him.

        Mike has spent every dollar he has on another truck, but it has bad tires. He can hardly walk and the tires keep going flat.
        Without his tires, he is stranded.

        I sure hope this isn't the way this guy deals with disabled Vets.

        Beware.
