This is Thanksgiving & I got on the site to see if they were open. The site says they're open but they are NOT. Drove there for nothing.

I bought an e-cigarette from there "vapor blend" as a matter of fact the whole bundle a month ago. It comes with 3 parts bottom /middle (battery) aka atomizer and top (what you suck on) aka tank. When you take off the top it has a rubber ring around it to make it where the liquid you put in not come out so it like a washer you use before you would screw in a bolt. I lost the 1 I got when I got with my bundle and they do not sell just the rubber ring so I had to buy another atomizer. A couple weeks go by and it stops working I go in and they test my bottom with one of the sample tops and works they use my top on one of their bottoms and it works. So they were going to get me another idolizer (top) with liquid since the one i brought in was filled but the top one i brought in was blue colored and they gave me pink I was not ask nor did I tell to give me blue but it was the point I came in with blue it would have seemed that would have been what I wanted. So I ask the manager just change it to blue and make the pink a sample for when someone else comes in they can use it because when people come in they put plastic caps over the top so its sanitary and you not sucking/licking anyone else spit. The manager said no I should have said I wanted blue and she would get yield at by owner for having too many sample of that kind of flavor. So I had to pay to get a blue colored atomizer. Which the cashier that was helping me was going to give it to me for free because she knew it was wrong but the manager was behind her back and making sure she charge me for it. The other thing is since I lost the washer rubber ring to my first atomizer I should of got the one that wasn’t working for I could use the rubber washer and poured the liquid out that was mine back into my bottle at hoe but they are probably going to use it as a sample for other people to test the flavor. They said this was the second time that this situation has happened. Not only am I writing here I'm writing a report to the Better Business Bureau. I don’t want to give them any stars as matter of fact I want to give them 5 negative stars I been going there for years before they moved from where labor ready was next door.

If you can don't go to this place. The workers (well, several of them) are rude. Not a friendly place to walk into. Even the owner isn't friendly. Bad business.
