        Dr. Horner knows his stuff! It's nice to have a physician without a laptop or PDA! He will work with you until he finds out what is causing your problems!

        The best decision I ever made! Dr. Horner is very current, knowledgeable, informative, and caring!

        Never before have I experienced a physician spending such time explaining the complications of a health situation and further explaining the different options available for treatment. It is apparent that this doctor loves his work, loves to learn and teach, and loves to help his patients.
