Polite, thoughtful service and a friendly attitude. This is a small business, locally owned. I had privacy tint installed on my patio doors and I love it. With light shining on them they look like black mirrors from the outside (day or night). With the interior lights on at night, visibility into my home is reduced, but not blocked. On a sunny day, though, I can stand right in front of the glass looking out and no one would know. This has really helped resolve issues like neighborhood kids hanging on my ground level balcony and staring in. The daylight that shines in is reduced by about 30%, I'd say. I clean the windows as normal, with Windex. There was a drying period of a few days, I think. Also, I am convinced that the tint blocks the heat in the summer when the sun is bearing on that side of the house all day. I highly recommend this product and company.
