Taco Bell

I ordered 4 items, paid for 4 items and only received 3. I called and asked for the manager and the manager refused to speak to me. I don't expect much from a fast food joint, but I do expect the ability to count to 4. I also expect a manager to handle a dissatisfied customer when they ask to speak to them. Fail service. Fail Management. Never going back.

I have always been big on Taco Bell food the price is right for sure. I went through the drive through with my kids I asked for a minute the young teen age girl at the drive through was really impatient kept interrupting me and then at the end read everything really fast so i couldn't understand her. I drove up and she attempted to hand me the drinks i was trying to make room in my cup holder she said your drink is cold im not gonna hold it forever. She glared alot at me. I understand teenagers are teenagers but if your gonna work with customers you need to be customer friendly. I live near to the restraunt so it is very convenient but will not go there for awhile I will go across the street to Mc Donalds. Although I do understand not to expect alot from a fast food how you feel after you visit a franchise is important.
