Park City Family Restaurant

Not happy with couple of last visits. Not enough waitresses for one thing. Ate in there last tuesday, very busy also 50 customers for two waitresses. My main food order sat on the heat lamps I could see for almost 20 minutes because my waitress was so busy with other customers she couldn't get to it. She finally brought it to me and said it iwasn't warm enough she would zap it for me in the microwave which was fine with me but when I told her it was only luke warm she said she was just to busy to help me. I complained about the heat in the restaurant because I took a peak at the thermometer there and it was only 68 degrees which is fine if your running your but off helping 50 customers but it to cold when you are sitting and eating at least for me. They would not change the thermostat even a little. Most food is very good but damn it get some help at least at noon time. I mean if you are helping 20 customers for one hour you probably average at least $3.00 a customers for tip that's $60.00 in your pocket mostly tax free, you can't beat that. You will work 4 to 5 hours and go home with $200.00 bucks not bad.

I love coming here after working third shift. The staff is always happy to see me and already knows what I like to get. Its also really cheap, so thats nice

I would have rated this restaurant higher, but there are two things that I don't like that they could change, and probably will keep me from going back. First off, they charge (I think it was close to $2) for, and only give you one refill of pop which comes in a tiny glass filled half way with ice. Need I say more?! The wait staff's attitudes could be a bit more welcoming as well. Other then that the food was real good.
