Kids Cuts

We had a VERY bad experience at Kids Cuts just last week. It was my 1 year old sons first hair cut and the woman was not kid friendly at all. I asked her for a lock of his grey streak (which he's had since birth) and she forgot and didn't seem to care at all. I asked for a little boys hair cut and she said she would buzz it and then blend it. I was hesitant but she insisted that it was so long and it would be fine. He was terrified by the clippers but she just carried on..... She then proceeded with the sissors and told my 1 year old baby to look down!!! She said it about three times before she realized that he wasn't about to look down for her so she pushed his head down and carried on. Not once did she try to comfort him. All the while I was trying to keep the peace with her son who was there and was constantly snatching toys from my daughter. The cut is NOT a little boys haircut and is way too short for a baby. Over all we had a very bad experience.
