** THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT NEW CLIENTS!** I got my hair done because I had a patch of gray hair above my forehead. I told them when I made the appointment and the stylist while discussing what I wanted. I made it very clear this was the reason I was getting my hair done. I still have that patch of gray hair. I contacted them about it and they were "sorry" and would "fix it". Well I guess that really means they don't care what the problem is because they've already got your money. Now they won't answer me about fixing THEIR mistake. Hopefully if you're considering a new place to try - don't try Indira Spa and Salon, as they do not care about new clients! I'm not blaming the stylist, this isn't her fault but the unwillingness of the salon to fix it is shocking. Oh and it's not that the color washed out, as I haven't washed it yet trying to make the rest of the color on my hair last. Would NOT recommend!!
