Cellular Rescue & Repair

Took phone in to have screen replaced. No other problem with the phone. When I picked the phone up the power button didn't work. Tried to tell the repair person but he kept interrupting me saying he never touched the button. Everything I've seen says you have to disconnect the motherboard from all the connectors but again he kept denying any wrong doing. He wouldn't even listen when his own receptionist said it was working beforehand.

I've known the owner for years.He knows what he's talking about and doing when it comes to phones. I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. If Jeff was rude.. this guy must have initiated it. Jeff goes above and beyond to do what he can to get your phone fixed and going again.

DON'T GO HERE. The business is shady and so is the guy "fixing" your phone. They WON'T FIX YOUR IPHONE IF YOU HAVE ONE! They were willing to take my money ASAP and complain when they can't fix your phone, but rather break it further. My phone is 5 months old, the volume up button worked, I wanted the volume down button repaired, but when I got the phone back both volume buttons were broken. When asked what they did to it, they will turn around and yell at you as though it's your fault that they're inept. They went ahead and took 20.00 for the supposed 300.00 that they missed out on taking so long to do a job that should have taken 45 min (which in fact took 3 hrs just to have it broken further). They whine that they don't like taking in iPhones, but they sure as heck will take your money first. THIS COMPANY IS THE TOP OF THE LIST OF POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE DON'T GO HERE!!!!!
