Clark's Towing LLC

On Saturday, Feb 4th 2017 - my husband and I were traveling back home from Spokane. We eventually made it to the middle of Snoqualmie Pass and got stuck on the right shoulder at I-90 west bound by exit 53. My insurance agent called Clark's Towing to dispatch a tow truck for us at 6:18PM. We were told the tow truck would be there in an hour. I called Clark's at 7:18PM - then I spoke to Pamela she said Eric the driver picked someone else up and will be swinging back by to pick us up in about an 45 minutes. I called Clark's at 7:58PM - still no show on the tow truck. She said he's at exit 38 (whatever that meant) and he's on his way to us now. At 9:33PM - I called her back still no show. Then called again at 9:50PM and at 10:31PM - I thought I saw a Clark's Towing truck drive right past us and called to beg them to turn around to help us. Pamela said that Eric knows where we are and he's on his way and should be there in 45 minutes. So we waited and waited... I called them again at 10:52PM, 10:56PM, and 10:57PM - and now they stopped answering my calls. We then called 911 they were able to get through to Clark's and now the State Patrol said it was going to be another hour and a half. The hour and half came and went and no show again! The time is now 12:58AM on Feb 5th - we called 911 to have them dispatch a different tow company. At 2:28AM Easton Towing showed up to pull our car out of the snow. I'm extremely disappointed in Clark's Towing for their lack in communication and promising service and not following through. We were stranded for over 8 hours and waited for help that would never come! I think it's Clark's Towing job to help service people that are in need and for such poor customer service and for failing miserably during our vulnerable situation really speaks volumes. That really shows their lack of integrity and honesty. All they had to do was be honest with me then I would’ve gone to another company. I'm still in disbelief and shock!!
