Burger Island

My daughter and I visited this location. My daughter got to the bottom of her plate and noticed a hair. We spoke to the waitress. She said she would reimburse us for the fries, since the hair "probably didn't touch" the burger. We asked for a full refund. We asked to speak the manager. She made a phone call to speak to that person. That person told her that in no way would they reimburse us for the full price, unless I left a copy of my drivers license, so they could send me a check. All in all, it was a very bad experience. Bad service as well...young kids working and laughing in the back. Should have been my first clue....

These burgers are so good. And so big. And under $4! The Jack in the box Ultimage has nothing on Burger Island. they are out of this world in size and taste.
