Bank of the West

The two employees at the Bank of the West (Culver & Walnut) location I have had contact with are Terry Chang and Paige. With Mr Chang, I had extensive contact. His professionalism and willingness to provide help and to be of assistance went far beyond what I have experienced in other banks.
If Bank of the West desires a continued growth and a reputation of "bending over backwards" for its clients, then Mr Chang would be an excellent instructor and role model.
