Midlands Gastroenterology

Had an appointment for a colonoscopy. They postponed it a week. I had to take another day off from work. And, my driver also had to rearrange his schedule. I did the prep the day before, and that night, they called and postponed the test another hour. So, instead of 10:30, it was now 11:30am. OK! So, now I'm on my way and I get another phone call that they were postponing it AGAIN! I said NO, that I was on my way and I want my procedure started at 11:30am. I had a migraine and very dry from not being allowed to drink anything and you can't treat people like this! I got there and she took my ID and insurance, told me to take a seat. I stood there with my driver, she continued to work as my info just laid on her desk. I waited five minutes, knocked on the window and asked what time my procedure was going to be because my driver had to go back to work. She said around 12:30 or 1pm. I reached in and grabbed my ID and paper work and said FORGET IT! YOU ARE ALL INCOMPETANT!!! You can't just put people on STAND-BY!!! DO NOT USE THESE DOCTORS!!!!!

Dr Minhas and his staff are very unprofessional. He seems to have a grudge against seeing minority patients and performs unnecessary procedures and then refers patients to their primary care doctor once he bills the insurance. Worst experience ever.
