Indy Town Apartments

I moved into Greenway Apts on Dec. 15th 2017...the apt wasn't move in ready...first off I had no running water from the shower...very little coming from bathtub faucet, took them 3 weeks to get that repaired...2 cracked windows that they said they would replace ( that still hasn't happened)...saw roaches the first time I stepped into the apt before I had even moved my things in. I moved in on a special to where my rent would be $553 instead of the regular rate of $599 for the first year...now they're trying to tell me that's not what my lease states...I read very well and know what the lease states...I've even went a step further and had a attorney friend look over my lease. And it states exactly what I said...the hallways are always dirty...the grounds are unkept, fill of trash. Trust me this is my first and last lease here. I won't be resigning when the year is up...if you're use to living in a nice clean quiet environment...this is not the place for you.
