General Info: G.T.South's Southern Rib House is a restaurant that is known for its award-winning, hickory-smoked baby back ribs and barbecues. The restaurant also serves beef briskets, rotisserie chicken, turkey breast and pulled pork. Founded in 1992, G.T.South's Southern Rib House also maintains a banquet room that can accommodate up to 190 guests. It provides catering services for family parties, picnics, weddings, company luncheons and buffets. The restaurant s catering menu includes coleslaw, potato salad, chicken wings, cornbread muffins, and barbecue chicken and sauce. G.T.South's Southern Rib House serves a variety of appetizers, salads, soups, barbecue sandwiches, desserts, side dishes and beverages.
