I think this is a pretty good job. I'm not sure about the reviews because there so old, but I don't have any of these issues...

I just moved to another job and MDS asked if I would comment on the company. I loved working @ MDS and I didn't have issues. I just wanted a career change and decided to do something other than medical. I would recommend MDS.

I read the reviews on this place but went to the interview anyways, and it was nothing like these reviews. I worked there three years and like every business I worked for before, there is always some drama. Typically the people that don't want to work cause issues, and the ones who do have to listen to it. The management isn't the problem, it's the people with a chip on their shoulders. What ever they have great benefits, hours, and pay. Those other reviews where from a decade ago....cmon!

MD Solutions, A.K.A Physicians Management Group is a horrible company!!!! The other reviews were right on! The managers/co-owners have no idea how to run a company and manage employees. They have a very high turn-over rate because it's only a matter of time after someone is hired that they realize the place is a nut house and quit. They usually fire people based upon gossip that goes around the office, which is ridiculous! One day hopefully the managers will realize that the people they are hiring aren't the problem, THEY ARE THE PROBLEM!!!!! I would not recommend using this company, nor would I ever trust my money with this company.

This company has a very poor employment practice. They have a high turn over rate. Many people are fired within their first week or two of employment. They do not have a good managment structure there. They hire people who have never done medical billing and coding before. Once people learn what is right or wrong and stand up to management (if you can get in to talk to a manager) they fire the person. Medical billing and coding is a everyday changing profession and it's sad when you are unable to voice changes you come across. And even worse that if they don't agree with the documentation, that they fire good reliable people. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a job in medical billing. I would especially not recommend them to any doctors looking for billing services, with the turn over rate and inexperience people they are not able to keep up with your aging reports.

This company has a very poor employment practice. The manager is not very honest about the time consumption of the work load and the pay rate. They have a habit of hiring and firing people in less than a week. This does not give anyone the chance for proper training. They have a very poor staff quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a job in medical billing or even to any doctors looking for credentialing.
