        I love this computer repair shop and I couldn't be happier with my laptop repair. For a few weeks I've noticed my Dell laptop slowing down with browser and download speeds I was getting a little frustrated because its less than a year old and only have been used for business. This laptop came with a Norton anti-virus program but as the license expired I must have got a few viruses. I brought it in to Total Care Computers and within a couple of minutes he showed me the viruses and the problem. He had my laptop ready on time and at a great price, on top of that he installed a few cleaner applications and Windows defender. Thanks for the help Samer , your shop saved my computer and my business.

        Couldn’t be happier - I had an issue with my graphics card conflicting with the mother board on my desktop PC that I have put together and they gave me an estimate to fix it. When they discovered that I had done many other things wrong they were able to fixed all including the graphics conflict. price quote was affordable and have and they have extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff...like I said I couldn’t be happier, and I will definitely go back when I have another issue and would highly recommend them for any IT issue.

        Overall

        Got my Mac Mini RAM upgraded and the

        newer version of my operating system

        installed to allow latest Quicken software to

        work. Everything went smooth and the

        computer is also faster. Worth every penny

        I invested in. I will bring also my daughters

        computer to speed things up for her school

        work. If all go smooth, I will bring them to

        our store to suggest networking

        improvement to Gigabit Ethernet.

        I broke my DC jack on my Dell Inspiron laptop ,the team of Total Care Computers were very nice and they have ordered the parts for my laptop using expedited shipping . My laptop was ready next business day and they got me new charger to use on the deal .I am very happy .Great customer Service

        I was driving when i noticed this store, i was on my way to best buy to fix my laptop. I stopped to ask them if they can fix my laptop because it was super slow; I decided to gave them the chance do the fix because i liked the price they quoted me.

        They have replaced my hard disk and reinstalled windows and transferred my data as well as install outlook and recovered my mails and contacts

        I was very happy that they finished the whole work in the same day! And I did not loose my data

        I highly recommend these guys, because they are really pros
