Casa Bella Salon & Spa

I was very disappointed with the service at Casa Bella. I made a 5:30 appointment for my son. Lauren asked me to come in a little early because she had a six o'clock scheduled. I did as requested, but when we got there we were told that she was running 15 minutes behind. We sat there until 5:50, and she still had her client in the chair. Basically what she did was book someone else into our time slot. A phone call would have been nice, it would have saved me a trip there during rush hour. I do not plan on returning.

Love Lauren! Came into town for a wedding and wanted a nice 'do for the event. Lauren was amazing! Took excellent care of me, made excellent suggestions, spent a lot of time making sure I was getting what I wanted. Wish I lived in Huntersville!

I've been going to Alyson for a year and a half and look forward to every appointment. The atmosphere is relaxing, the stylists are up to date, friendly and down to earth. Alyson is a riot and the owner sets a family friendly tone. I have recommended Casa Bella to my neighbors, my mom, my teen aged daughters and my husband. Everyone is happy

I recently moved here from NYC and I finally found my hair stylist. I have been a client of Lauren's for more than l5 years and was so excited to finally find where she was working. Lauren was considered to be a "master stylist" in the city and I'm sure her reputation will follow her. She is creative, professional, warm and really knows her stuff. Most of all SHE LISTENS! She is known for her precision haircuts and innovative color. So sit back, relax and let her perform her magic.

GREAT salon. Very kind, friendly staff. Coming from up north, it's nice to have found a place that I feel "home". From the minute you walk in you feel special, to the moment you leave. It's a very calming atmosphere. As a mother of a toddler it's always nice to get away for some down time and be in a calming environment.

Lauren is an awesome stylist and I am very pleased with my color. Plus she's hilarious!

The owner Lucia is extremely kind and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.

I did not have the best experience. The hair dresser did not inform exactly the thicknesses of the highlights. I had virgin hair, never touched, dark brown, I wanted a few highlights to jump out and contrast with the dark brown. Instead I got alot of small ones, making my hair look ashy and gray. She did try to fix by adding some low lights so there would be more of a contrast and added some chunky ones underneath, but it still wasnt right and I have a small piece that bled. For anyone who has no idea about the lingo, chunky is considered anything bigger than a centimeter. I give Lucia a A for effort but I could easily see there being tension and would not go back to let her fix it. Scary. Overall I heard this was a great place, but my experience was traumatic and expensive one, where no refunded or partial refund was offered even after giving her a exceptional tip in hopes to keep her on my good side and have try to do a good job as a oppose to a bad one. NOT HAPPY with the service.

Alyson has been doing my hair for years. It goes far beyond the fact that she has a fantastic eye for detail. Her cuts and coloring get better & better. She spends plenty of time discussing what you want, every time, and offers insightful suggestions that hadn’t even crossed your mind. Oh, and she's a genuinely cool and interesting cat to boot...! Love her :)

I have had the pleasure of many cuts and highlights at Casa Bella and it is a wonderful experience! Allyson gives me the BEST cut I've ever had. I trust her completely to handle my color and it always looks natural and healthy when she is done. I highly recommend this salon!

Casa Bella is the BEST salon in the Lake Norman area. Lucia gives a magical haircut!

Found my stylist maggie who had left another salon, went in and had nothing but the best experience. She remembered me which was flattering and knew exactly what to do with my hair! Love her and the place was so cute, wine was complimentary and the staff was so nice and warming, not to mention the great boutique they have upfront. As I was walking in a lady who had magnificent hair was all smiles and so was I when I left! Will be back!
