        Overall
        You can find much better for less!

        Management does little for tennants once you sign a lease. Several apartments have been broken into during the day in the last 8 months. Automobile vandalism is rampant even inside the gates. Amenities are few and far between...like no hot tub, tiny "gym", no heated pool etc... Other ongoing problems are very low water pressure, water heaters are set very low so that you only get really warm water - not hot water...ever.
