They put D to 5 of my classes instead of B. they said the transcript is unclear but I submitted my official transcript in their office and they use their scanner to scan my transcript. I asked them to make a revision of my grade and they charge me $50 to revise my grade. I have to pay for their mistake. Unbelievable.
Then after I paid for $50 and waited for 3 weeks, they sent the new revision of my transcript and guess what, they still missed to change one of my class. its still D. I emailed them back, didn't get any response for a week so I called to the Houston office. The person who answer the phone was so rude. It's a guy and was so impatient and seems doesn't want to help at all. I know he is the guy that I talked to when I visit the Houston office. He didn't let me to finish my sentences at the end of the call. Such a bad services. don't come here!!!!!

The worst evaluation company on Earth. Incompetent, unprofessional and EXTREMELY SLOW. Surprised about how they haven't closed their business yet. I don't recommend anyone to do business with them. Just check customer reviews here and on Facebook to see how terrible and inefficient they are.

I came from England to the USA and needed my degrees certified. I'm really impressed with Spantran professionalism and quality. I would recommend their services to everyone. If you want to invest in a certification company, they are the right one to choose. I would recommend them to family and friends.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First, my evaluation was done so poorly they didn't even put the right major. Then, I paid for the delivery of a copy of the evaluation and they never sent it, then they promised to sent an expedite delivery which wasn't true. Now, I won't meet the deadline I had to apply for a nursing program.
So disappointing and unprofessional.

Terrible experience. Never use them. they said my documents will be ready in 2 weeks and it took 1 month.
First two weeks I was only scanning my documents for them (3 times) but apparently they don't know WINDOWS 101!!!
They charge too much! just google and you can find much better service (I don't want to give a name here but you will definitely find better service).

These people do whatever they want. You tell them what you need, then they charge you (big time). Once you pay, they will do whatever they want to do regarding time, quality and efficiency. You want a bad service and a high price for it... Then go to SpanTran

It is really a nightmare if you use SpanTran's service and have a deadline to meet. They only responded my email when they were asking for more money. I paid for the delivery of a copy of the evaluation and they never sent it, but they did not tell me the truth and just let me wait. After waiting for two weeks just for the delivery of the evaluation, but got nothing. I had to pay extra for a shipment with a tracking number, then they just created a shipping label and a tracking number without actually shipping the document. I regret that I hadn't read the reviews when I ordered the evaluation service.

DON'T USE THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOUR CASE IS URGENT

Like a lot of people, I paid for having a 2 business days service. I received my evaluation 1 Week and 4 days after I paid!!! This is criminal. I almost lost my only chance to get an H1B visa and I found the evaluation very poor after all.

My advice:

1 -The better way is to let an attorney get your evaluation.

2- Select an evaluator with a "tracking status" tool.

I normally don't write reviews, but I thought I would just in case some one is being deterred. I might be a complete anomaly, but my experience has been the complete opposite to most people here. Ordered the 2 day rush with verification and got it. Evaluation was great, did what I needed it to. Checked on the status a couple of times and they were polite and courteous and replied quickly.

This company is very slow and has only acted when I have made enquiries about the status of my application. My evaluation was needed urgently and I used their 5-business day service.It took them 6 weeks to do the job and they blamed it on the slow response time of my university abroad. However I was in contact with the registrar's office there all the time and they just didn't receive anything from SpanTran. In the end I had to organise the verification documents myself to receive my evaluation on time. Eventually when my evaluation was verified I even had to mail again and ask for the final, verified version of the evaluation. Besides them working terribly slow, I found their way of communication extremely unprofessional. As a client I don't want to receive emails that are just one-liners ignoring the basics of business email etiquette.

Span Tran Services in Houston is really very negligent and try just to make money from customers, taking advantages of us. & years ago they made an evaluation and translation of my transcripts from Cuba and I paid the full price for everything. Now I need them to email the evaluation to a university and they said that they just kept records for 5 years. They even refused to accept the evaluation that they made before. They are asking me to pay for a new translation and a new evaluation. This is not acceptable from a professional institution.

Signed a form providing my full name on Nov 25th, but SpanTran could not even copy and paste my name correctly in their request to the University of Oxford: they abbreviated my last name, so the school did not recognize it!

0 star for this place. Negligen, unprofessional people. I went their for my high school transcript evaluation, paid more than 200$, wait for more than 3weeks. They never call or receive the call. When i got my paper ans turned it into the school, school didnt accept it bc the paper was still pending! I got there they were like "welll we hqve t taliked to ur school so its still pending". If it is not done yet, why did u still give me the paper n let me waste my time? Stupid people

very rude and unprofessional agency! never use this company service! they charged your more money but do nothing. it always shows you YOUR CASE IS IN PROCESSING anytime even if you put a wrong name or wrong case number in their weblink to check your status!

I asked questions to service and said I want to cancel this case, they said: I will not answer your any questions if you want to cancel this case! and you money will not refund because you agree that contract. I never seen this kind of service before. IT IS REALLY HORRIBLE!!!!! if I can I would give them zero star!

I never write reviews but I was looking up an address from my friend to drop his document and came across this page and I felt I must. I submitted requests two other companies on the NACES list and gave up on both of them. One was essentially non-responsive for seven months!! I have been in the process of challenging the charges to other two companies. My friend recommend I try SpanTran. I made on appointment in New York. They told immediately what was needed. I got my evaluation my email a week later (I did not even request rush service) and by post a few days after! WOW!
