        Reside Away From Home MDAnderson

        Reside Away from Home has proven to be a home away from home for my husband and I while he received treatment at MDAnderson Cancer Center - Proton Center. (an 8 week course of treatment) I did extensive research before deciding to stay here and this place fit the bill. It is safe, clean and less than a mile from the proton center. It has washer dryer in the apartment. We looked in Rice village but the rent there was $1000- $1500 a month more. Short term rentals are expensive and this place was less expensive than the cheapest hotel. The apartment had everything we needed and in the two months we have gotten to know Houston we have been thankful everyday that we chose Reside. You can actually walk anywhere you need to go including the medical center, grocery stores and restaurants. Traffic is so bad in Houston that you will want to be as close to the medical center or proton center as possible if you are receiving treatment there.Wendie the manager is great and is responsive to any concerns you might have - in a timely manner.
