Our Background and Methods Owner and coach Stephen Solt earned an Applied Exercise Physiology degree from Texas A&M University and has earned numerous training certifications in strength and conditioning, powerlifting and personal training. After a liftime of lifting and decades of coaching and beeing coached we realized that there is an abundance of programs that have you following directions instead of teaching how to lift. We have decided to change that. Our lifters are here for more than a hard workout, anyone who trains here comes to learn, to learn how to become a better lifter. We take a unique approach in all of our lifting programs. Each one is designed to teach a different strength training philosophy or technique. We take pride in our ability to fix and prevent muscle imbalances and joint problems to keep you healthy while you learn and progress as a lifter. We prioritize the idea of longevity and promote only training styles that support a lifetime lifting.
