The front desk is rude and kept me on the phone for over 20minutes, no apologies or anything for a test result that i should have gotten a call back from them for over 6weeks ago.

Dr Rachel is good but she has to keep an eye out on HER practice/means of livelihood and not let people run it down for her, but most importantly ensures she provides optimum service for her patient/clients.

Dr. Rachel is very nice lady and she spends enough time with patients like it was said in the previous comment. Very poor costumer service. I had way too many problems with them, and after all I'm not going back to this clinic ever again. I really liked the Dr. but I cant handle the front desk, very rude and unhelpful. If you want to save your nerves find different clinic.

I have visited this newly opened clinic which has a very welcoming approach,neat & clean facility & easily accessible to Hwy 6 south.

The Dr. is Rachel K.Tita an african young lady very pleasant & spends enough time with patients & explains all your concerns in detail.

She is very friendly & the right choice for a Primary care provider.
