Lakeview Estate Apartments

My first concern of this place is the managment. Its a joke. No structure. No teamwork. No pride in what they do. the property looks appeaIing and has been kept clean, but dont let that fool you. i lived in this place and the first night i lived here the apartment upstairs had over 30 people over and by 1 am they were fighting. It took 3 phone calls to the police to come out the neighbor on the other side has his car stolen has not been found yet. there is no security on the property. same month a police is trying to get in to respond to a 911 call and doesnt have the access code to come in so he ask me if i can buzz him in. that was my wake up call. My electrical bill was always high, due to the poor quality of insulation and the building itself. they charge you in addition to rent a water and sewer they charge a pest control fee and a trash fee but they dont pick up at your door. they have 1 dumpster for over 50 apartments on one side so of course the trash is always all over the street. could not wait for my lease to be over. The staff was never on the same page. they did not back each other up and contridicted each other at times. Very unprofessional. If you dont know the answer to something dont make it up. Absolutly no leadership. I dreaded comming home. Any one apartment shopping , keep looking this is not where you want to stay.
