excellent service, i needed a transmission for my chevy amco quoted 1900.00

i took my truck to chris, it was done same day for 950.00

Worst service ever. Had my compressor changed, took 3 hours longer than originally arranged. My AC worked for 4 days before crapping out, I took it back and the first response was my compressor was trash, one of the guy's checks one of the lines by pressing the valve, he says it has freon. They hook it up to the dial gauges. he tells me I have a leak, charges me 30$ and tells me it will be done in 3 hours for sure this time. I left, I called him 3hours 20minutes later.. no answer. I head over, by the time I get there it's close to 4 hours, my car hasn't even been touched. Hood still up where I left it at. I understand mechanic work is tough stuff, I'm a machinist I get it. But when you are a professional and you tell your customer you will complete their project in x amount of time, that's your integrity on the line. Altleast communicate that's it's taking longer, I kindly asked for my keys and left. I have a job and places to be, I pay for a service we agree on nothing more.

Called 3 places, and everyone gave me the run around and never came. I'm a young women who was stuck for two days without a working car, tears! I found their ad on Craigslist, he'll I find everything on there. They answered my call, researched my problems, very professional, and actually called me back and showed up. Jeff and Philandro came in a timely manner, they were sweating like pigs, and dirty, I guess from working all day! I needed an alternator, they one they put in did not look brand new, but the price was right, and they gave me a receipt for a 30 day guarantee. I was so happy I even gave them a tip. They also said they would my other car issues. I'm out of my house and driving my car finally, thanks so much.

my 2009 chyrsler needed a new engine, my shop in the heights quoted me 3300.00.

by the time i was finished paying chris i had spend a little over 1500.00.



my sebring is running strong as ever.

I can't imagine why anyone would give a higher rating than this. My 82 year old father paid $500 for a transmission that was supposed to be rebuilt. The transmission had bolts missing the fluid was very dirty and it had obviously not been rebuilt. He also provided a core that was in better shape then the transmission he received from Chris at CCI. My father has attempted many times to get Chris to do what is right which is to bring him a rebuilt transmission or give him his money back. I have since got involved and he will not answer my calls or call me.He advertises on Craigslist so be aware. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly.
