        Don’t trust this appraiser. He doesn’t know how to count bedrooms or bathrooms, he will appraiser you house with less than what you actually have. He is so desperate that he takes jobs in areas/towns where he has no experience. If you need a low appraisal hire this guy. If you want to know what your house is actually worth, hire someone else.
