Oahu Appliance and Refrigeration Service

Every time I call this company it goes straight to voicemail. Got tired of trying, so I decided to go to the company so I could actually talk to someone. When I navigated to the address, it led to a residential house, and the front gate was chained locked, so I couldn't even knock on the door.

These guys are the service provider for Lowe's in Hawai`i. This company cannot be counted on to deliver. We scheduled a warranty repair with them and took the day off from work based on their assurances. On the day scheduled for repair, they never called, never showed up and did not pick up the phone when called. DO NOT do business with Oahu Appliance & Refrigeration - they're extremely unprofessional and you'll be disappointed, dissatisfied, and disillusioned. They have no pride in service and care nothing about their customer. We have filed a complaint with Lowe's and the the Hawai`i Better Business Bureau.
