        Sent email that order wasn't p...

        "I don't care what you do"

        Sent email that order wasn't placed since flowers were not in stock. Asked me to call/email back and advise what to do. Didn't get the email until 2 hrs. later since i was at work. Representative said florist was out and would call back in 30 minutes. She didn't. She sent an email that order was cancelled since she did not hear back from me. I called and indicated that I did in fact call back and asked her why she cancelled the order if I still wanted to work around my options and have the flowers delivered to my 96-year old grandmother (what I told the rep). Joann proceeded to argue with me, then hung up on me, yelled at me when I called back, and when I told her that I would report her to the Better Business Bureau, she said "I don't care what you do."
