Executive Towing

My car was towed from my apartment complex (my sister parked it in the wrong spot) I noticed as he was pulling off, Long story short he told my bf he could drop it if he paid him $126 in cash or pay $126 at the yard... We opted to drive to they yard to pick up the car so we drove over there.. as we get out the car and prepare to walk in the guy who towed my car comes up to us saying you know that tag doesn't belong to that car Right? I'm like dude what are you talking about I just renewed my registration, he continues to go and and began arguing with my boyfriend almost to the verge of FIGHTING but I told my boyfriend let's just go inside so we turn to walk into the building and the driver yells out I'LL SHOOT YOUR ASS... so my boyfriend turns around GUN DRAWN.. At this point I'm just in shock.. these two guys washing cars helped deescalate the situation and we head upstairs and I tell the lady behind the glass I need a manager.... She's like did you (pointing at my boyfriend) just point a gun at my driver..... She starts yelling and screaming and at this point I'm just like what type of circus are these people running... I ended up calling the police to help me get my car... As we're outside waiting for the cops the driver is still trying to provoke my boyfriend by cursing at us and driving the tow truck all crazy around us... The police finally get there and I go back up stairs to pay and get my car and the lady couldn't find the invoice, the driver had it and he had already driven off and wasn't answering the phone... She had to write up a new invoice and asked what my tag number was.... The idiot driver wrote the wrong tag number and that was the reason it wasn't reflecting the correct car... As I'm paying the driver comes back in cursing obscenities about me as if I wasn't standing right there.... I finally pay and go to get my car, they had pushed my bumper back into place and whatever damage that was done to my bumper wasn't enough for me to stick around...

assist you in doing so.
10. To retrieve your vehicle without signing a release or waiver of any kind.
11. To be treated in a professional manner.

If there's a such thing as zero Stars Excutive wins the award. Improper tow of my vehicle recently. Property management agree they give Excutive permission to tow at there property, but did not support the towing of my car and have promised to look into the situation. I contacted the police who like me were unaware car had been towed until they noticed driver carrying car fitting stolen car description. Police arrived to inform me of their knowledge and made me aware of tow companies responsibility to inform authorities so their time isn't wasted responding and putting out alerts on cars that have not actually been stolen. Well stolen legally!!
I contacted Executive the following to speak with management and could not get any real names of authority just damaging and careless remarks. Anthony Rossco nor any of his gang members get to make the rules up as the go and as it benefits Executive. I have decided I will file a small claims lawsuit a complaint with BBB and the towing commission. In hopes I will be the final victim of Executive. I hope this allows those who employee this company to know who they hiring.

Disgusting "business". They have stolen my car 3 times and returned it twice. Employees are illiterate, uneducated and refuse to follow the law. Drivers drive trucks under the influence. Their bathroom trashcan was overflowing with glass beer bottles that I took photos of. They lie about their pricing and then gauge when you arrive at their facility. Rude phone staff that said a supervisor "might return a phone call". Every staff member I have interacted with seems as if they have spent their entire lives in gangs or in prison. I'm not even sure they can legally drive within a mile of elementary schools because they all appear to be ex-cons. Keep them out of your neighborhoods, community leaders! The most recent time, they towed my car incorrectly (3rd time, mind you) and then threw the car onto the street at their facility in crack town instead of returning the vehicle. Check better business Bureau before you hire this ratchet company.

Just picked up my car they towed with my teenage son. AND THEY REALLY ARE THE MOST HORRIBLE DISGUSTING DISRESPECTFUL RUDE ARROGANT LOWLIFE SCUMBAGS!!!! and the white guy wannabe gangster....my teenage son had to confront him for disrespecting me and defend me for his demeaning attitude. I AM FORCED TO REPORT THEM TO BBB AND THE BROWARD TOWING BOARD. THE AGGRESSION, INTIMIDATION AND HARASSMENT HAS TO STOP!!!

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE TAKEN TO COURT AND HAVE THEIR LICENSE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY!!! THIS MAN NEEDS A BIG REALITY CHECK AND I HOPE SOMEONE GIVES IT TO HIM.
