I agree with you when I moved in to Steeple Hill in 2008, I never liked the condition of the property and specially the Board but since the New Board came in power in February 2014, lot of things have been changed.



The New Board has done a pretty good job to improve the property's value, condition and safety for the residents.



The new Board installed the new Carpets, Painted the hallways, Painted Stripes in the parking lots, installed the new Streets & Roof Lights, maintained Landscaping and even installed the security cameras in most of the buildings. They did all of that only in 9 months period....amazing.



The new staff is also doing a pretty good job by keeping up the property cleaned and well maintained.



The Cops are allowed to cruise around and by doing this residents feels safer now.



I am really happy as a resident of Steeple Hill with the new Board as they are keep improving the property's value and doing a very good job on daily basis.



I suggest everyone to move in to Steeple Hill as you will not regret anymore.

This place is filled with gangbangers and drug dealers! If you dont believe me then just drive on through on any evening and you will see EXACTLY what I am talking about. Horrible managment also. The manager himself is just after taking your money and doesnt give a $hit about that place. It needs new managment and new staff. That place has a high crime rate and you can also check that out with hoffman pd. Cars are always getting broken into and so are apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Those with children, there are registered $ex offenders who live there and the parks there are always trashy and filled with gang graffiti. I also found a needle and surringe(typo) at the park by the slide. Lovely isnt it?!? Please take my advise seriously...
