Sylvan Sky Garage

I attempted to park in the lot on 2nd & Marshall St. near the light rail in Hoboken. The lot was full but there were no signs posted outside indicating it was full as is typical of other lots in town. I proceeded to drive around looking for parking and then gave up and attempted to exit the lot. I pressed the assistant button in order to avoid paying to exit but no one came out. Not wanting to pay $ for driving around the lot I attempted once more to find a spot. Again nothing so I tried to exit again and hit the assist button but no came to assist so I had to pay $10.00 on a credit card in order to get out of the lot. I called the main office and spoke to Jeffrey Hammond who told me that there was no way he was going to give me a credit even though I was unable to park and had to pay for driving around in circles in for 9 minutes. Please do not go into this lot. Its a big scam and they will take your $ and give you nothing in return.
