Motion View Software

FYI avoid doing business with Motionview 3-D software. We purchased a 3-D printer the summer 2017- they were calling us several times daily to make our payment. We paid and we were told 4-6 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks- no pro yet and I called every other day to check on delivery, we were ready to cancel our order in November 2017 and they told me it was going to ship. It arrived without the computer which you need the software to use it. After multiple calls- the computer arrived with the wrong software, several weeks to get this resolved. We set up testing and the 3-D printer laser was broken 😖 they were going to send out a tech and asked for our credit card info to cover the flight, hotel and car- I said we are done! We still had all the boxes, I asked for labels to return everything it took over a month calling and emailing daily! It was returned on 2/12 and we are now fighting to get our $20,000 back!!! The owner refuses to return calls, husband and wife are never in the office, always on the other line, or in a meeting. They have negative reviews all over online- I’m sorry my boss didn’t allow me to research before his impulse buying!!!
