I called to inquire about three ring binders. The lady on the phone informed me that they do have them. I asked her if they were the one and a half inch binders or if they have bigger binder available. when I ask this question her voice tone changed. She seemed a bit irritated and said ma'am I don't know we just have binders. I politely said thank you and she just hung up. There is no excuse for poor customer service. If you are unhappy in your position, you should quit. There are plenty of people who would be more than happy to take your job and enjoy doing it. Customers expect good service because they are spending their money. Without customers, you do not get paid. This is the second time I have poor customer service at this Location.
