Walmart Supercenter

Very disappointed with the customer service here and the employees. No one offered to help in the tire center and when asked they stated they would not help us they were closing. Closing time is 7pm and we arrived and 6:45. We had a flat tire that was not repairable and were over 400 miles from home with a dog and 3 kids. Situation ended up having to call walmart from personal phone and ask for a manager because the auto center cashier refused to call. Employee Shawn was very disrespectful and was more concerned with working on his bike the last 15 minutes of business. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!

managers argue with costumers. If staff has incorrectly priced an item. The managers refuse to do a price change saying" its not mandatory just a courteous to coustomers". Even go as far as rolling eyes. Very unprofessional!

This Walmart is okay. The lines are usually way too long and they refuse to open any no matter what. Which can get quite ridiculous.

As far as Walmarts go, this one is satisfactory. The aisles are generally clean and easy to navigate (except of course on Black Friday), and the price is right (though not always the cheapest in the area for groceries if you shop the sales at Food Lion or Kroger). They have a wide selection of products, and I have never seen any product out of stock when I've tried to shop for something. The employees don't always know a lot about what they are selling and the store itself, so if you have product questions do research online before going because it's hit and miss as far as getting information. They are generally good-intentioned and helpful, though, just need more training from Walmart.

Very hard to get in or out of. Very busy.
