Frank's Tailor Shop

In response to the below and my personal experience with Frank, his father died last year, he has solely running the business along with his mother and a few tailors out back. Small mom-pop shop but they do a great work, may take some time delivering but the quality is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Besides the regular alterations, he does female clothe alterations and tailoring as well. The pricing is way better than that of the mall. It was $8 a pair for hemming.
