Scenic Brew Coffee

SKIP THIS PLACE...JUST GO TO CITY BREW!!!!

This place needs some major help with customer satisfaction and service. I was a regular customer at Scenic Brew, but only because my brother and sister were fans. I don't like the taste of their very bitter coffee so I always stuck to ordering a Chai. However, my experience this afternoon (6/18/13) has finally giving me a reason to not have to drink their average drinks anymore. I ordered my usual Chai and it tasted like warm milk. I told the barista that something didn't taste right and she told me she would add some nutmeg and cinnamon. I tasted it again and told her it just didn't taste right. She didn't seem to think there was a problem even after I told her I had ordered that drink several times before. I then, as any other paying customer who is paying $3.20 for a drink, asked if she would remake it. She would not. I asked if I could just get a different drink of equal price....the MANAGER said she would charge me again! Working in customer service personally, I know that the customer is always right...needless to say I hope you like your drink if you end up going here....otherwise your out of your money!!

I went in one day because my usual place closed for the day due to an illness. I'm pretty guilty about it because they are friends but Sceni Brew has better drinks and the best atmosphere in Helena--even better than the other SBs!

Amazing espresso and atmosphere! I found Scenic Brew while in Helena on business and can't wait to come back. Before someone recommended Scenic Brew, I was frustrated by parking at the two Helena Starbucks and disappointed by several other local coffee shops. Scenic Brew has great coffee and service, ample parking, and great hours for evening work/study.

When in Helena, this is sure to be a frequent destination.

I can't wait for it to open. I'm so excited. MUST HAVE COFFEE!
