The WORST. LIED about item shipping...NO CONTACT FOR OVER A WEEK. Manager refused to return calls. Finally shipped it after we contacted carrier...We have a very upset costumer. Extremely unprofessional and LIED for days.

We have been buying parts from Sam's Auto Parts for a few years now. I run a small used car dealership in Fenton Michigan. I've gotten some good parts at great prices from Sam's. A couple of months ago I needed a moon roof for a BMW 3 Series. They sold us the whole roof including glass mechanicals, motor, tracks and everything for less than $50. They had four or five of them out and stacked inside against a wall for us to choose from. We have purchased many expensive and important Auto Parts at Sam's and saved a fortune.
