The wife's 95 Ford Mustang 5.0 GTO needed brakes and a major tune up. I decided to have this work done while she was in the hospital and surprise her with a safe and reliable vehicle after she was released from treatment. 
Rajesh, the garage operator, indicated that they could perform all the nec repairs, a little pricey for a person on Soc. Sec. but I gave the go ahead anyway. As always, I requested ALL the used parts returned to me upon completion of work. 
Several days later I got a call saying the car work was done, however a transmission shifting problem was noticed during a test drive ( a condition that never existed prior to the work being done). Before I completed business with Rejesh, he performed a Cold Crank Amp Test on my battery which indicated it needed to be replaced, I decided to wait. 
I paid the invoice ($1,300.00+), got a large box of 'new parts boxes' then drove off to my next appt. 
As I drove the car  around town and on the freeway the transmission wouldn't shift. Since Autotech didn't do trans work I took the vehicle to AAMCO in Hayward. A diagnostics test revealed that that a 'spout' connector, (required to perform a tune up) had not been reconnected causing the cars computer to not let the cars transmission shift AND also caused damage to the ignition module and associated ignition components which when rectified, cost me another $1200.00 dollars. There was nothing wrong with the transmission to begin with. 
My next stop was BigO tires in Hayward where the two front tires and frontend alignment was done. At that time I requested the battery to be replaced, they performed a routine Cold Crank Amp test which, to my suprise, showed that the battery was even stronger than the rating listed and the battery didn't need to be replaced as suggested by Winton Autotech and noted on the invoice. 
As a further insult, the big box of new parts boxes only contained 40% of the used parts which leads me to believe...
There is no way I could comfortably recommend anybody to have work done at this facility !
