If they cannot file insurance correctly--how do they read x-rays correctly!!! Did a terrible job filing my insurance after filing numerous other claims correctly (had to tell them how!!). Still filed some incorrectly and never correctly refiled, although, I explained numerous times how. (All the other services concerning my procedures filed without a problem--just problems with this place!) Now, years later, still being called by collection agencies for bills I do not owe. Turned over to credit bureau!! All they had to do was file it correctly and timely (including Medicare) and refile where they did it wrong!! I had insurance in addition to Medicare and a Medicare supplement. Would not listen to me about how it was supposed to be filed!! "Know it all" staff impossible to work with!! One of the collection agencies told me they had heard this before about them!!!! Don't use unless you like collection calls!!!
