The lady was a real ***** on the phone. My money will be spent elsewhere.

Person was very rude on phone and not helpful at all never been to place before but after that I would not bring my dog there doesn't matter what time I call to get a appointment you could of said i'm sorry can't do it today how about tomorrow instead you were very hateful and don't deserve my business!
