They were straightforward on needed repairs. Prices were very reasonable. They were responsive to needing repairs as quick as possible. If I lived closer, I would use them all the time. I was traveling in the area when I needed my engine checked. Great Job!

Do *not* go here, they're rip-off artists. I brought a car in for state inspection, was told I needed over $2,000 in professional repairs for it to pass, brought it to another shop and turned out all it needed was about $50 and a couple of hours of my own time for some maintenance work.

Since Chuck and Sylvia sold Shenandoah Automotive I wasn't sure how it would be. I still get great customer service from Warren and their new hire Stephen. The mechanics have always been wonderful and I have had the pleasure of having a new mechanic work on my car twice. He has great manners which goes along way. I will continue taking our vehicles to Shenandoah Automotive.

Work was done quickly. Also explained what was needed before proceeding. Very friendly staff.

They were thorough,their estimate was very accurate and they were professional.

As usual, the work was done as scheduled. Some extra work was recommended, but the staff reviewed what it would mean time-wise and cost-wise before proceeding with it. All was clearly necessary.
